Hogaza Mediterránea
This is one of our signature breads. A semi sourdough bread that uses natural yeast made from our own mother starter. With local Baja California olives and organic grown rosemary, this bread tastes as good as it looks.
Goes well with fish, seafood, and most meat dishes. Serve on its own with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar for dipping along side a glass of wine.
