A Modern Return to Tradition
Located in Ensenada, Baja California, México, Hogaza Hogaza’s mission is simple; to make delicious, traditional bread using natural, high quality ingredients. Ensenada lies in the heart of the fertile regions of Baja California. One hour south of the San Diego-Tijuana border, and closer still to the wine regions of Valle de Guadelupe and San Antonio de las Minas.
 
Our bread is made to compliment fine foods and wines or to be eaten alone. Pan de Autor means designer bread, where each piece of bread is unique and represents its own complete work. We pride ourselves in our constant journey to understand and explore the process and art of bread making.
 
We welcome contact with other food professionals to make bread that will best compliment their fair, as well as anyone just looking for an excellent side for a meal or glass of wine.
